Shop Online
Shopping online is a quick and easy way to buy from Jacobs. Our online store features all the products you can find in any Jacobs store, as well as a number of products available for ordering which we don’t currently hold in stock in our stores  but are available to order through your chosen shopping option.

Online you can choose from a range of delivery options to suit you. We also offer next day delivery and free delivery on a range of options. Simply look for these when selecting delivery in the checkout.

For payment, we accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.

Shop by Phone
If you prefer to order over the phone, you can call our dedicated Mail Order team on 0845 600 60 55.

You can even reserve products over the phone to pick up at your convenience from your nearest store.

The lines are open Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Shop In-Store
Lots of people enjoy the hands on experience of shopping in store. Throughout our store network we have knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff who are on-hand to help serve you and answer all your photographic related questions.

Our in store experts will be able to assist and demonstrate the products to you allowing you to touch and try the products, compare one product with another and make sure you leave the store with the right item for your needs.

Click and Collect
Order online and click and collect from any of our stores nationwide. Order from a wide range of products online and collect them in your local store with our fast, free and convenient click & collect service.
 
1.  Add the available items that you wish to purchase to your basket and during the checkout select the 'Click and Collect' option. Look for mouse icon to know whether the product is available for click and collect.



2. Enter your log in details or register your contact details with us so we can put the products aside for you and the store can contact you if any problems.



3. From the store list select the store most convenient for you - if the stock is available we will then reserve it for you. Please see confirmation screen or confirmation email to confirm when the item will be put on hold until.



4. You will then shortly receive an email acknowledging your click and collect order which you will need to print out and take with you when collecting your items from your chosen store.



5. Payment will be taken in store upon collection of your items. When you come in store we'll also answer any questions you may have to ensure that you get the most from your new purchase.
